Paradox confirms that Vampire:The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 will include a fourth vampiric clan ” The Ventrue “.
This clan is “known throughout history as kings and kingmakers”. The Immortal Ventrue have been present in Seattle taking advantage of it by capitalizing on its various economic accomplishments. Seattle has been the place of many industrial booms, and in the world of Vampire:The Masquerade, the enterprising Ventrue have had the chance to grow their fortunes by building relationships with the biggest businesses of the 21st century. They have done everything that needs to be done in order to cover their way for a prosperous future. Members of the Ventrue come from a heritage of noble and royal figures high priests, emperors, investment bankers or chairmen of the board and being not so loyal to the group would be irresponsible.
The Ventrue, the Clan of Kings, see themselves as the true architects of vampire society, the guardians of the Masquerade.

According to senior product manager Florian Schwarzer ( @ze_schwarzer ) :
Players who select the Ventrue clan will have the power to magically dominate enemies. The domination skill includes the power to mesmerize, which will allow players to place other characters in a trance. Later, the command power will allow them to direct that mesmerized character’s actions. In battle, Ventrue will rely on their fortitude to absorb enemy attacks. A good Ventrue will be able to outlast any of the other enemies in the game. The combat will play out in improvisational skirmishes, and it will be up to the player to use the environment to their advantage. Weapons will include found items as melee weapons as well as guns.
Bloodlines 2 is going to come out sometime in 2020 by Hardsuit Labs.
