E3 2019 is over and tons of new indie games were announced and shown at E3 2019 Press Events. Here’s a great showcase for some new indie games coming out this year and beyond. All these games were shown off at the big press events in LA this past E3 2019.

 

Cat Lady

What a cat-astrophe! Ally Marie arrives at her Grandma’s cat-filled mansion but is startled to find an ancient evil has awoken. All of Grandma’s possessions are possessed, transforming them into monsters… and the cats can talk! With the help of her cats, Ally must find a way to turn the house back to normal by defeating the demons lurking in the mansion.

Embr is a frantic fire-fighting (un)Simulator set in a hyper-capitalist, deregulated alt-present where public firefighting funding has run dry, where venture capitalism and e-hailing rule the roost. The Embr Respondr is the last stand in a world ablaze.

Expect cross-platform co-op multiplayer for up to four players, supporting player-hosted servers.

No Straight Roads

No Straight Roads is a stylish action/adventure game is from new studio Metronomik, but it revolves around the power of music. The game is set in Vinyl City, which mega corporation NSR (No Straight Roads) has taken control of all the city’s clubs. NSR, which doubles as an EDM label, will only allow their music to be performed. You play as Mayday and Zuke, two members of the indie rock band Bunk Bed Junction, who clash against NSR’s artists in giant boss fights to reclaim control of the city.

 

 

Ori and the Will of the Wisps

Star Renegades
